Champlain Family Health’s experienced team of health care professionals serves people of all ages. In addition to the comprehensive primary care delivered by our team, patients can take advantage of ancillary services, including X-ray, EKG and blood draw, at the UVM Health Network-CVPH Diagnostic Center located within our health center. Champlain Family Health is home to resident physicians from the CVPH Family Medicine Residency Program, so patients have a unique opportunity to receive high-quality care while directly supporting the future of health care in our community.
