BMS Family Health and Wellness Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center founded in 1982 by the Brownsville Community Development Corporation. Our mission to provide and promote integrative, high quality health care and social services to enable every individual and family in the communities we serve to achieve lifelong Total Health and Wellness. We provide Primary Care, Dental, Behavioral Health, Specialty Care, Adolescent Health, Health Homes, WIC services across six linked locations both in person and through Telehealth Services. We are a Patient Centered Medical Home and Joint Commission Accredited. We see everyone regardless of ability to pay, insurance status or immigration status, Sliding Scale and Prescription Discounts.
