San Juan Health Partners Physiatry is part of the comprehensive neurosciences program at San Juan Regional Medical Center. Physiatrists are specialists in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation who treat a wide variety of medical conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord, nerves, bones, joints, ligaments, muscles and tendons. A physiatrist’s focus is on diagnosing and treating pain to help patients function. As an integral part of San Juan Regional Medical Center’s Neurosciences program, our physiatrist collaborates with our specialists in neurosurgery, neurology and pain management, as well as inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, to treat the whole person and optimize patient care.
