The Community Health Resource Center provides access to various resources that help support healthy living and social services to help improve the overall health of our patients. Some of these include teaching kitchens, cooking classes, a community garden, meeting and activity space, as well as community health worker assistance to help link patients to resources in the community. Funded by the Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation, the Resource Center offers a variety of community-focused support in Albuquerque and beyond with statewide virtual classes and programs.
