A Primary Care practice, Hearthside Family Health emphasizes direct access, open communication, and a real relationship between "provider" and "patient". The DPC model is based on a low monthly subscription fee. The practice was opened in 2017 by Siobhan Benham, APRN who is a family nurse practitioner with experience in Women's Health, Family Care, and Walk-in Care. Carrie Klonel, DO joined the practice in 2019 after practicing in a hospital-owned family practice for 14 years. She sees patients of all ages and has experience with chronic medical issues as well as acute care issues. Maeve Bennett, APRN will be joining 7/1/2021. Primary care with focus on evidence-based preventative care and supporting each patient where they are.
