Breakthrough Family Medicine is a Direct Primary Care clinic primarily geared towards the care of adults ages 18+. Patients work with a single Family Nurse Practitioner, enjoying direct access to a provider who knows them, cares about them, and truly listens to them. Insurance is not accepted at this practice and patients instead pay a monthly membership fee that covers all office visits, telehealth, and sick visits. Patients also enjoy significant cash pay discounts on labs, medication, and imaging (typically paying about 10% of what would be billed to insurance).
