Kidney Focused Care, LLC (KFC) is a consulting practice. We provide primary preventive kidney care services to prevent kidney disease in those who are high risk and slow progression in those with early kidney disease. We do this by promoting early detection, early prevention and early efforts to delay progression. Diabetes and Hypertension is the leading cause of chronic kidney disease (CKD). CKD leads to End-Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) that requires dialysis or a kidney transplant. We know that diabetes and high blood pressure does not have to lead to CKD. No CKD-No ESKD. In those with early CKD, the progression of it can be delayed. Slow CKD-Slow ESKD=Delayed dialysis.
