CentraCare – Long Prairie Clinic provides obstetric care and family medicine for all ages. A walk-in care clinic also is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. for common illnesses and minor injuries. In addition, the clinic offers: X-ray, lab, diabetes education, integrated behavioral health, tobacco treatment, physical, occupational and speech therapy services. Specialty and hospital services and surgeries are available at this location through the CentraCare – Long Prairie Hospital.
