Meet Dr. Neil JaddouNeil Jaddou MD has been a practicing physician for over 20 years. He provides comprehensive medical care for adults and children at Somerset Family Medicine SFM. A widely respected member of the Troy and Sterling Heights communities, Dr. Jaddou enjoys working with a diverse group of patients throughout the Detroit area. Dr. Jaddou graduated with honors from Wayne State University Medical School, which is one of the top medical schools in the country.
