Central Michigan University (CMU) Health is the clinical arm of the College of Medicine. CMU Health provides primary care (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Obstetrics/Gynecology) and specialty care services (General Surgery, Podiatry, Emergency Medicine and Psychiatry). Its faculty physicians train 130 resident physicians each year, provide care for patients across mid- and northern Michigan and are leaders in health care-related fields. With nine locations across the Great Lakes Bay Region, CMU Health meets patient needs through more than 52,000 ambulatory care visits, 900 infant deliveries and nearly 8,000 surgical procedures annually.
