Certified collectors use state of the art equipment to perform breath alcohol testing, DOT and Non-DOT drug testing, manadated court testing, custody case testing, hair samples, on site mobile collections and background checks. Alpha currently uses the electronic chain of custody form (eCCF) with Formfox and Alere eScreen to conduct collections. We're a collection site for Quest, LabCorp, i3screen, Hire Right, Omega, Medtox, DISA, Clinical Reference Lab, and Alere. 70% of drug users are employed; companies that don't test have 75% personnel abusing drugs in some form.
