VMC serves island residents and welcomes vacationing visitors who require medical attention. Since the island does not have any urgent care facilities other than the ER, VMC offers medical attention to those in sudden need of care for minor illnesses. Avoid unnecessary and costly hospital emergency room visits and help prevent the ER from becoming overwhelmed with less severe cases. We are a small practice and ask for your understanding that we are NOT an urgent care or walk-in clinic*. We do offer same-day or next-day appointments as much as we can safely manage within the scope of our licensing. *Walk-ins welcome, but availability is limited. No on-site imaging.
