Currently Accepting New Patients! Hass Family Medicine Cape Cod currently treats patients 18 years of age and older. We offer comprehensive primary care, which includes, and is not limited to, health maintenance, well woman’s health care, sick visits, pre-operative clearance for patients of the practice. We belong to a Local Care Organization called Cape Physicians LLC. This is a group of privately owned primary care practices in the Mid-Cape area who meet regularly regarding patient care. Cape Physicians LLC is part of Tufts Medicine Integrated Network (TMIN), a practice management organization that assists its members in navigating the changes in today’s health care environment. MASS HEALTH and Connector plans NOT ACCEPTED.
