We strive to focus on both ones physical health as well as their mental health to create a harmonious balance. Jessica Holmes and Sheena Stelmack are certified mental health nurse practicioners as well as family nurse practicioners. They specialize in psychiatric evaluation and treatment, medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, cosmetic injections to include botox and fillers, medical cannabis and addiction medicine with medication assisted treatment.
