About

Jennifer became a registered nurse in 1992 and nursing career working in neonatal intensive care caring for critical newborn infants and then found her passion for women’s health when she moved to labor and delivery and hospital gynecologic care. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Northwestern State University with the clinical focus of nurse practitioner and is certified in Women’s Health by the National Certification Corporation. Jennifer cares for both obstetric and gynecologic patients of all ages. She enjoys the promotion of a healthy lifestyle and preventative care. She is trained in procedures such as endometrial biopsies (EMB) as well as placement and removal of intrauterine devices (IUDs) and Nexplanon contraception
