Blanchard Medical is a clinic of North Caddo Medical Center. The new practice is located on Highway 1 in Blanchard / North Shreveport. Dr. Jody Chance and Jennifer Hart, FNP, are accepting new patients. Blanchard Medical treats patients of ALL ages. Some of the conditions we will treat include: diabetes; hypertension; cholesterol; osteoporosis; arthritis and joint problems; skin problems; depression, anxiety & other mental health concerns; coughs / colds, and other concerns typically treated by family practice physicians.
