Town Family Doctor is an independent medical practice that provides primary care across one’s life span. Apart from providing care for many chronic and acute conditions, we also focus on healthcare planning and preventive medicine. Our patients get ample time to discuss issues with their providers, and we are easy to reach in many forms. Besides leaving open a few same-day appointment spots daily to accommodate patients with acute issues, we also feature Telehealth services for patients who are unable to make it in for an office visit, available after-hours and weekends.
