PrimeCare Family Medicine is located in the Cool Springs Center off of Ring Road and is dedicated to serving the residents of Hardin County and the surrounding areas. Our providers share decades of experience and our staff is always willing to assist our patients in any way possible. Let us be a part of individualizing your healthcare needs as we specialize in preventive and wellness medicine, women’s health care, and chronic pain management to name a few! Our office hours are designed to allow optimal access to quality primary care. Each provider works four days per week between Monday and Friday. The office itself is open until 5pm M-F.
