Offerings include walk-in treatments, physicals, vaccinations, lab tests, and substance use disorder care, with operations managed under a licensed physician assistant. Scheduled Appts available Mon - Thurs from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Fri from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and select Thurs evenings and Saturdays. Walk-Ins available Tues 12pm-4pm (last patient at 3:30pm), Thurs 3:30pm-7:30pm (last patient at 7pm), Fri from 10am-2pm (last patient at 1:30pm)
