We care for patients with a wide range of diseases, conditions and injuries. Our goal is to help each person live their best life by recovering as fully as possible. We offer: Physical Therapy, to improve overall functional mobility, health and independence; Occupational Therapy, to help patients with activities of daily living; Speech Therapy, to address speech sounds, language, literacy, social communication, voice, fluency, cognitive issues such as memory, attention and thinking skills; frequently includes eating and swallowing. Interdisciplinary Care, therapists in the outpatient setting work directly with physicians and caregivers to ensure therapy given is part of a comprehensive treatment plan.
