We strive to restore the doctor-patient relationship by eliminating the rules and regulations of insurance and use a monthly membership payment plan. The individual is put back in control of their healthcare choices. Patients of all ages receive quality healthcare that isn’t rushed, fits their schedule, and offers transparent pricing. Life & Family Medical is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit faith-based medical practice that utilizes the innovative model of DPC to provide exceptional medical care in addition to a ministry of care in the Quad Cities.
