Community Health Center of Eagle Grove provides primary medical care, behavioral health, and a full line of dental services. They operate under the umbrella of Community Health Center of Fort Dodge and are a Federally Qualified Health Center. We provide comprehensive medical care as well as a full line of dental services including, but not limited to, dental exams, cleanings, sealants, dental x-rays, extractions and fillings. Patients of all ages are welcome and bilingual Spanish speaking staff are available. We are open to all regardless of insurance status. We accept most insurance and have a sliding fee scale for those who qualify.
