Abby Hamilton, ARNP

About

Abby grew up on a farm north of Chariton and graduated from Chariton High School in 2009. After graduation, she moved to the Des Moines area to complete her associate degree at Mercy College before returning home in 2012. Abby worked as an RN on a cardiac floor at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines for 1.5 years before transitioning to the birthing unit for 4.5 years. She completed her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2018 and is excited to begin her career as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. Abby and her husband, Phil, live in Chariton with their dog, Maverick. In her free time she enjoys cooking, reading, being outside, camping and spending time with her friends and family.
