Plaza Park Family Practice is the tristate's first medical practice for family healthcare entirely owned and operated by family nurse practitioners. Our state-of-the-art medical clinic is led by a strong trio of determined and successful professionals: Carleen Rubel NP-C, Shannon Kratzer NP-C and Elise Schutt NP-C Our team is comprised of a hardworking staff that is committed to quality care for our patients. Our goal is to be a "one stop shop" for patients. We work to do as much as possible in house. Although referrals are necessary on occasion. We offer services like joint injections, skin cancer biopsies and some skin cancer removal, IV antibiotics and fluids, certified DOT exams-- to name a few.
