The Family Health Clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), providing services to all, regardless of their ability to pay. We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare, Marketplace, and Indiana Medicaid. As an FQHC, we can provide services on an income-based sliding fee scale for those that are uninsured or underinsured.
