We are committed to helping Union Wellness Centers members and their families get, stay and be healthy. Your spouse, domestic partner and children (age 2 and older) can receive care at the on-site wellness center if they are covered by your Union medical plan. The Union Wellness & Vision Center will provide quality, accessible care at no cost to you.
