Our Effingham location provides Family Medicine from infants to elderly patients. We also provide dental care and children and family counseling services. From infancy through adulthood, our caring providers not only treat our patients’ bodies and minds but also offer them a safe and secure environment where they can feel at home. Our staff and patients alike appreciate Effingham’s rural community and its small-town hospitality. In the event a patient is struggling financially, our health center’s central location allows the team of providers to work closely with other local agencies.
