Horizon Health's Occupational Health Clinic, located in EZ Care Paris Building (located on Phipps Lane), is designed to help area businesses keep workers on the job. We provide pre-placement physicals, post-injury care, and a full line of occupational health services. Each company’s program is individually tailored to meet its specifications and may include any or all of our occupational health services. We work closely with area employers to effectively lower healthcare and safety costs.
