The JCH Wound Care Center is located in the JCH Physician Clinic at Jersey Community Hospital.Jersey Community Hospital (JCH) is a healthcare organization focused on delivering the best primary care and sustainable secondary care in the communities we serve. We currently serve people and communities throughout a six county area that includes Jersey, Calhoun, Greene, Madison, Macoupin, and Morgan Counties in Illinois.
