Eagle View Community Health System is a not-for-profit Federally Qualified Health Center that provides quality and affordable medical, dental, behavioral health, and substance use services to the communities of West Central, Illinois and beyond. Eagle View clinics accept most insurances including Iowa and Illinois Medicaid and Medicare, and even offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program for those who qualify. Three clinic locations in Oquawka, Stronghurst, and now Monmouth, Illinois makes accessing healthcare services easier than ever.
