At St. Lukes Clinic COVID Recovery, we are dedicated to the evaluation and treatment of post-COVID-19 patients with prolonged, complex symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, shortness of breath, chest pain, cough, and heart palpitations. We utilize the latest best practices to evaluate each patient's lab and imaging results, address quality of life, and develop care plans. This clinic is intended for patients at least 18 years of age, who have been experiencing persistent symptoms without improvement for at least 4 weeks since initial symptom onset. Care will be provided through a combination of in-person and video visits. Referral Required: Please speak with your primary care provider about a referral.
