About

America Health Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is an intensive outpatient behavioral health and substance abuse program with medical support. PHP is an intensive program (20 to 25 hours a week) designed to help individuals who are at a high risk of hospitalization due to substance abuse, mental/behavioral health concern, or both. The goals are to reduce risk and create a strong team of support for clients with individualized treatment planning. Treatment is done in 30-day cycles. The treatment team consists of medical professionals (doctors, nurses), mental health and substance abuse professionals (psychiatrists, therapists, social workers). These individuals have daily contact with members of the program.
