Koolauloa Health Center (KHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides comprehensive quality primary care, behavioral health, and oral health care to its community and geographical region. The mission of KHC is to "Improve the Quality of Life for all, Imua" and is the service area's only comprehensive service provider truly accessible to the community regardless of ability to pay and on a sliding discount. The Ko'olauloa service area and KHC's target population extends from Kualoa to Hale'iwa.
