Chaitali Patel, FNP-C, is a nationally certified Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Anti-Aging and Wellness Medicine, Functional Medicine and Integrative Therapies. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Samford University, Birmingham AL & later earned her Masters in Nursing degree at Walden University, MN. She has mentored & studied with some of the top physicians in Atlanta that practice Anti-Aging & Functional Medicine, offering patients up-to-date therapies to assist with complex chronic conditions also & accelerating wellness.
