Chatham Hospitalists in Savannah, Ga., provides acute care internal medicine services for the St. Joseph's/Candler Health System. Chatham Hospitalists was created to assist internal medicine physicians with the management of their hospitalized patients. Since that time, the hospitalist concept has grown in popularity, value and acceptance across the country and locally Chatham Hospitalists has followed that same path. ​ Chatham Hospitalists serves patients at St. Joseph's Hospital and Candler Hospital.
