Due to Covid 19 influx in our area appt needed until further notice sorry. You are required to wear mask upon entering the medical office Tricare Prime/Tricare Select and Cash pay only. We are a local owned clinic offering our community health care at it's finest without breaking the bank. We offer a variety of services such as DOT Physicals, Sports Physicals, School Physicals, Acute care and Primary care, and Telehealth for people in Florida Acute and Chronic health care needs, state regulatioons HTN, DM etc in person at least twice a wear with Telehealth. So if you are uninsured we are here for you. If you have high deductibles we are here for you. If you are just tired of not being heard then give us a call.
