The Health Care District of Palm Beach County Community Health Center Mangonia Park (formerly known as the C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinic) provides a full range of health services for adult patients, including medical, behavioral and mental health, outpatient addiction, pharmacy services and community resource programs. Our mission is to make comprehensive, high-quality health care accessible to the entire community. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, our doors are open to all patients. We treat everyone regardless of insurance status and offer medical translation services, so language is not a barrier to a patient receiving equitable care. Call us to make an appointment.
