Dr. Farhan Siddiqi is a Board Certified Spine Surgeon and is dual fellowship-trained in both endoscopic spinal surgery and reconstructive spinal surgery. Rushad Juyia is a Board Certified Sports and Emergency Medicine physician specializing in the nonsurgical treatment and of joint, and spine related issues. Jacob Choi is a Board Certified Family Medicine physician and has worked in the sports and orthopedic medicine field since 2003.
