Evivia Clinic delivers a hybrid model of care that includes both in-person and virtual care services that are safe, affordable, easy to access.Our tele-medical health care services are delivered through the use of a secure communication platform (text, messaging, e-mails and video). Seamless online appointment booking system allows clients to book an appointment online on our website. If a prescription is needed, it is sent electronically to the pharmacy of the client’s choice via our E-prescribing software. In-person services include special-purpose medical exams (College Physicals, CG-719K and CG-719 K/E Physicals, DOT Physicals) and COVID-19 testing with results in 2-4 hours.
