Our Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation professionals work as a coordinated team with your primary and specialty care doctors to get you back on track as completely and quickly as possible. Our team also includes the services of a physiatrist, a medical doctor with additional training in the diagnosis and management of severe disabling illnesses such as stroke, spinal cord or traumatic brain injury, and amputation. Services are available on an outpatient or inpatient basis. In-home services are available as well, through Day Kimball HomeCare.
