Patients’ care including diagnosis and treatment significantly depends on their health history. We know that optimum history does not only rely on health care provider’s skill but also on the time that the patient gets to tell his or her story and discuss concern(s). It is in this light that we pride our practice on provider’s ability and comprehensive patient’s history. We do not “rush our patients” and often have 30-60 min appointments especially for the initial visits. This ensures that we meet the health care needs of our patients if not at our office but able to speedily get them to the place they can get the care they need. Rather than being upset and/or be perpetually dissatisfied because you are and/or feel unheard, it is important.
