A multidisciplinary clinic that provides Chiropractic and Physical Therapy care under one roof. Our Doctors are direct access in the state of CO and provide 1 on 1 patient centered care. Rooted in Rehab uses a combination of manual therapy (myofascial release, dry needling, cupping, pin and stretch, joint mobilizations/manipulations, kinesiology tape, etc) with corrective exercise to help patients heal quicker and return to activity safely. We treat all diagnoses of the body at Rooted in Rehab.
