Mountain States is a small Concierge-style Direct Primary Care Practice which is membership based. We do not bill insurance except straight Medicare, though a membership fee is still required. Insurance is still used for imaging or hospital visits for emergencies. We are a small, exclusive practice with a limited patient panel because we want to exceed patients' expectations and be available when you need us. We only treat patients 16 and up.
