Our family health services provide important treatments for patients of all ages, from prenatal to senior stages of life. Our center features: 12 clinic exam and procedure rooms 2 designated specialty exam rooms A children’s area with three pediatric-specific exam rooms Our team proactively collaborates with trusted specialists to refer patients with coordinated follow-up care in Meeker, which ensures: Uninterrupted care Improved communications Smooth transitions between healthcare providers We are federally certified as a Provider-Based Colorado Rural Health Clinic and accept most insurance plans.
