Our multi-specialty team of certified wound care physicians, nurses and case managers work together to treat chronic non-healing wounds. During the course of treatment patients will receive an initial physician evaluation and may also receive advanced vascular testing, nutritional evaluation and counseling, diabetic education and education on wound prevention. Primary care and referring physicians remain an integral part our patients’ treatment plans.
