Real estate development firm Grupe Huber has expanded their footprint, purchasing the 3021 Reynolds Ranch Parkway office campus in Lodi from Blue Shield of California. The 146,845 square foot Class A office property was built by Blue Shield in 2008 and 100% occupied until Grupe Huber’s purchase. 3021 Reynolds Ranch Parkway spans 20.5 acres and houses a large office building with two portions connected by a common area corridor. Blue Shield will continue to occupy the north portion of the building.
