Summit Primary Physicians continues in the footsteps of Verdugo Internal Medicine, founded in 1988, on the belief that healthcare should be patient-centered rather than disease-focused. The doctors spend quality, one-on-one time with each person, helping them to develop a customized wellness plan that meets their current lifestyle demands and helps manage acute or chronic medical needs. Dr. Matthew Lew, Dr. Victoria Altree, and Dr. James Wallstrom provide primary care for patients over age 18. Each doctor has his or her own phone number and staff. Appointments can usually be set up on the same day for emergencies.
