About

PACE provides coordinated medical and social services to seniors over 55 who have chronic conditions and require regular medical support, yet wish to continue living in their own home. We offer primary care, therapy services, wellness programs, in-home care, daily activities, and transportation to and from appointments. For seniors with Medi-Cal and no share of cost, all St. Paul's PACE services are free. St. Paul’s PACE El Cajon opened in 2018 thanks to a generous gift from The Nemeth Foundation. The center was named after Alexander and Eva Nemeth in honor of their support for aging seniors in East County.
