In practice since 1983, we are a small, personable family practice clinic that understands you and your health. We are honored to be your health care home, and we aim to provide care that is accessible and catered to you. We pride ourselves in being available to you. You can access your labs, appointments, and send messages to your doctor online through My HillChart, and when you call our office, you'll speak directly to a human to address your needs. We accept Medicare and most private insurances. We also proudly offer Suboxone (buprenorphine) therapy as well as DOT exams for a commercial vehicle license. Have questions?
