Given our first office's FULL panel, we have decided to open a second office to meet the demands of our community! At JT Family Care, we offer compassionate, culturally humble patient care. We are a family medicine practice, and see patients of all ages. Spanish, Vietnamese, and Tagalog speaking patients are especially welcome. Immigrants, refugees, undocumented folks, patients with disabilities, and patients from all walks of life are welcome. Dr. John Tran is the supervising physician, and is board certified in family medicine. He is originally from the East San Jose community.
